Subscription Policy
What is a subscription?
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the frequency that you select and will continue until you request a cancellation through your self-managed account or by contacting us. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries at the time of shipment.

In addition to always having fresh product on hand when you need it, subscribers receive a special discount that increases with each renewal; save 30% starting with your 4th delivery!
How can I manage my subscription?
If you want to pause, modify, or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. We send subscription reminder emails whenever there is an update or change to your subscription. You can manage your subscription by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button in these emails or on your byformica.com account page.
Will I be notified prior to renewal?
We will send you an email confirming your future delivery prior to your renewal date. Please review this email to ensure your shipping address has not changed. An order cannot be canceled after it has been confirmed as shipped.
What if my subscription order is shipped to the wrong address?
We will notify you by email of any problems fulfilling your order. For subscription orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, we will request an updated shipping address from you and attempt to reship the order. If we are unable to get in contact with you, we will cancel your subscription and refund the order, less any shipping costs.
